As 2020 comes to an end, and thank goodness for that, I reflect on the tumultuous time I’ve had over the past few months. Before the passing of my father-in-law in July, I became sick. I met Uncle Harry for the first time in 1995 when my husband, Neil took me to Lenasia, Johannesburg as his girlfriend and soon to be wife. The lunch that Uncle Harry and Aunty Pam arranged for us felt like it was our engagement party. In a time of Corona…
I’ve been quiet on my blog for a while. Like the rest of the world, I took time out to figure how to deal with the corona pandemic. In South Africa, we had a lockdown period of 43 days at stringent Level 5. For the most part, I enjoyed spending quality time with my family.
