I was placed on antidepressants 5 years ago. It was in 2020 when Covid caused everyone to stay in-doors. I never thought I would ever need them, and having to use them brought along many side effects. I returned home from a 10km run in March 2020 and while I was standing in the garden taking a picture, the rays of light hit my eyes. I recently attended a talk by Mark Sham, a motivational speaker and traveler of note. I was drawn to his posts on Facebook as he continuously promotes South Africa as a country through his travels. Mark bought a building in Cape Town and was launching it and offered free tickets on his talk on Happiness. Leaving my job
I was driving in traffic a few months ago on my way to work and listening to Darren Scott from KFM share which careers people were happy working in. Listeners guessed what they were, but no one knew that people in construction were the happiest! Although it was grueling labor-intensive work, they got to work outdoors and simply loved it!
