I recently celebrated my 50th Birthday in Europe. I specifically wanted to travel to London as it was my dream destination and has been on my vision board for years. Farewell Gavin
Gavin was a South African artist, painter and art film maker. He refused to create mainstream art, preferring surreal key elements in mainly abstract paintings. For years his paintings were black and white masterpieces and only much later incorporated color. He was alienated in society because he was considered different and therefore misunderstood. Fighting for Fame is a hit!
It's been the most magical time showcasing my new novel. I had the honour of speaking at a Women's Day event at the Goodwood Library on 14 August 2025. The library is such a special place for me as it's where my love of reading developed and where I got lost in books. So many women came up to me after the talk saying how they too wanted to write their stories.
